Crazy horse leather or commonly referred to as CH leather is leather that is processed from good quality leather that has been smoothed and then given a special wax application to beautify the finishing results. The application of this special wax on the skin will add to the beauty of the leather fiber so that if there is a scratch, the natural color will change to a lighter one. This leather is widely needed in the leather industry such as the footwear industry, furniture industry, and other handicraft industries. The leather we sell has grades based on quality with their respective advantages and disadvantages. The price that we offer is very varied according to your choice and needs.

CHARACTERISTICS

The characteristics of crazy horse leather are leather articles that retain their own nature and shape without removing the natural skin lines from the smoothed surface. This finishing is a unique type of leather. The advantage is this leather has high durability from scratches that aim to change the color of the skin surface. The leather is not easily torn, scratched, or peeled off because of its good quality. In addition, CH leather has the most interesting uniqueness, namely as it ages, the appearance of this leather looks more artful and displays a unique patina. Patina is a physical appearance on the skin that contains oil and displays a golden color.

Size

The standard size used in this leather service uses Indonesian (local) and international square feet. The local square feet (SF) size for crazy horse leather is 28 x 28 cm. The international square feet size is 30 x 30 cm. In each sheet of leather there are various number of square feet based on the size of the cow being slaughtered. For the size of 1 sheet of leather, it ranges from 20-35 square feet depending on the measurement of SF 28 (Local) or SF30 (International). Standard square feet can be adjusted according to customer requests. Customer requests regarding leather procurement can be adjusted to the availability of leather stock in the warehouse.

Thickness

Crazy horse leather thickness is one measure to determine the purpose of producing customer products. Leather thickness is adjusted to the product to be produced such as bags, shoes, wallets, sofas, furniture etc. Leather thickness can be custom ordered upon request. Leather thickness starts from 1 mm – 2.5 mm with a reference price based on the calculation of square feet.

Color

Crazy horse leather can be colored to get a unique value according to customer tastes. The leather coloring offered by us provides free choice of colors according to customer requests, it will be easier if the customer provides a sample that they want to work on to us. There are two methods of coloring leather, namely Spray Surface Leather and Dyed Coloring Leather.
Spray Surface Leather
The leather is dyed only on the surface of the leather evenly.
Dyed Coloring Leather
The leather is dyed in all parts of the leather from the surface to the suede (inside) leather that is infused with color according to customer requests.

Price

The price is based on the quantity that will be the customer’s request. Based on size, crazy horse leather is categorized into two, namely the price of local squarefeet (28×28 cm) and international squarefeet (30×30). The price does not include special treatment such as requests for coloring and the desired stiff or limp character.
