Pull up leather or commonly referred to as pull up leather is leather that is processed with chemical additions to produce a leather appearance and fades whitish when pulled. Finishing the leather on this leather is using oil (oil based), so that the surface of the tanned leather looks shiny, radiant and beautifies the appearance. The character of this leather is that when it is pulled or pressed on the leather article, the leather will easily turn whitish on the pressed surface. In addition, the leather will look glossy because it contains wax and oil. This leather is much needed in the leather industry such as the footwear industry, furniture industry, and other handicraft industries. The leather we sell has grades based on quality with their respective advantages and disadvantages. The price of leather that we offer is very varied according to your choice and needs.

Character

Pull-up leather comes from the word Pull-Up which refers to the change in color when pulled or pressed. The leather contains oil that is mixed with paraffin wax and applied to the surface of the leather with a roller. Then the leather is sucked dry. As a result, the leather looks more radiant. This draw of the leather is made clearer by its uniqueness when the leather is stretched tightly around the frame. Like aniline leather, the leather’s characteristics, natural scratches, and signs of wear will appear along with a radiant patina over time.

Measurement

The standard size used in the pull up leather service uses Indonesian (local) and international Square Feet sizes. The local Square Feet (SF) size is 28 x 28 cm. The international square feet size is 30 x 30 cm. In each sheet of leather there are various number of square feet based on the size of the cow being slaughtered. The size of 1 sheet of leather ranges from 20-35 square feet depending on the measurement of SF 28 (Local) or SF30 (International). Standard square feet can be adjusted according to customer requests. Customer requests regarding leather procurement can be adjusted to the availability of leather stock in the warehouse.

Thickness

The thickness of the pull up leather is one measure to determine the purpose of producing customer products. The thickness is adjusted to the product to be produced such as bags, shoes, wallets, sofas, furniture etc. Thickness can be custom ordered upon request. The thickness starts from 1 mm – 2 mm with a reference price based on the calculation of square feet.

Color

Pull up leather can be colored to get a unique value according to customer tastes. The leather coloring offered by us provides a free choice of colors according to customer requests, it will be easier if the customer provides a sample that they want to work on to us. There are two types of leather coloring methods, namely Spray Surface Leather and Dyed Coloring Leather.
Spray Surface Leather
The leather is stained only on the surface of the leather evenly.
Dyed Coloring Leather
The leather is stained in all parts of the leather from the surface to the suede (inside) the leather is impregnated with the color according to the customer’s request.

Price

The price of pull up leather is based on the quantity that will be the customer’s request. Based on the size, the leather is categorized into two, namely the price of local squarefeet (28×28 cm) and international squarefeet (30×30). The price does not include special treatment such as requests for coloring and the desired stiff or limp character.
